Our focus concentrates exclusively on the management of high quality condominium associations.  The condominium associations we manage encompass over 13,000 units, ranging in size from 34 to 678 residences per association.  We have chosen to be service providers only to associations in Chicago's lake shore market large enough to support on-site management.  Therefore we do not manage small or suburban associations.
