The number that appears on the unit in these plans is replicated on all 28 floors in each building because the units having these numbers on successive floors are, from the lowest to the highest,  in the same construction tier.  So for the number of any apartment you must add the number of the floor to the tier in order to completely identify it.  For example, a unit on the 10th floor in the 8th tier is referred to as 1008, on the 4th floor and 6th tier as 406.
It should also be noted that the plans have been modified over the years as owners purchased more than one unit and unified them.  To identify any unit for purchase, please contact the management office for up-to-date information.
